The oldest European poker festival will be coming back in 2019! Irish Poker Open, because this is the one, is going to have a very varied schedule next year and interesting prize pool in the Main Event!

Irish Poker Open always attracts plenty of pros and amateurs. It has been present for almost 40 years as the first one took place back in 1981. Next year's edition will surely be even better than the previous ones.

It will all begin on April 15th and last till April 22nd 2019. Players will be able to register to as many as 27 events in the Citywest Hotel in Dublin and the buy-ins will vary from €150 to €2,000.

The most attractive tournaments on the schedule seem the High Roller and Main Event. First of them will have a €2,000 buy-in and kicks off April 16th. A year ago it attracted 70 players and best of them was Sasa Ikac from Croatia.

Main Event will this time be a €1,150 event and the organizers promise at least €1,000,000 in the prize pool. This year's edition attracted 1430 players, and the pool grew to €1,347,164. The biggest chunk of it was taken down by Ryan Mandara. He scooped €210,000 for his performance. Next time players will have 4 chances to play: days 1A, 1B, 1C and turbo 1D.

The schedule also includes Deepstacks, 6-max games and heads-up event which is not a frequent thing at festivals.
